Production of tools as a basis for development and maintenance, and production process of components – parts.

The process of the production of tools as one of the most complicated process in the company requires highly qualified trained people and support in modern equipment and machines. CAD-CAM systems for projecting, simulation and construction of tools is used during the production and construction of tools and products, with which we gain optimization of the products and tools during the projecting phase.

Completed components and tool housings are bought from top two European producers HASCO or MEUSBURGER, or from some other producer per customer’s requests.

In the section for tool production, apart from tools for personal use, we produce special parts made by the design of the buyer (different shafts, housings, capsules, gear wheels…)
