POLIFORM is a modern company based on the principles of good praxis which have been developing since 1979. when Ljubivoje Petrovic founded a craft shop for tool production. With further development, the craft shop was supported by the family members, and it grew into Poliform company ltd.
The main activity of the present Company for production and traffic Poliform ltd is processing thermoplastic materials by the process of injection in the tool, as well as producing tools and special parts according to buyer’s design. Dedication to business tasks, determination, way organizing the employees, and technical and technological equipment have contributed that Poliform takes high place among the producers in the category for production of components and parts.

Organizational structure of the company is constantly improving in the aim of doing more efficient business. Special attention is paid to the organization of production as one of the most important processes. Modernization of infrastructure, standardization of processes and regular trainings of the employees are the activities that lead to improvement of the overall business of Poliform company.
In the organization, we differentiate two sections: Poliform Plastic, section for processing of thermoplastic masses, and Poliform Tools, section for machine processing of metal, production of tools and special parts.

The consistency in performing processes of constant control of product quality, according to specific buyer’s requests, is done in the aim of customer satisfaction and production of components, parts with as better as possible technical and technological characteristics.
The control of all processes in the production, their analysis and prevention measures are the basis for profitable functioning of the company, as well as successful positioning of Poliform as quality supplier, both from technical and financial aspect.
The integration of QMS in the control process, regular maintenance and improvement of quality system is a warranty for the traceability of the product and its quality. Examination of the characteristics of the material, control of the measuring instruments and equipment are done in accredited laboratories with valid certificates.
